| 摘 要： | 我国新型农村合作医疗制度自实施以来取得了很大的成效。但是,由于我国农村合作医疗的法律制度不完善,立法体系不健全,运行机制缺乏有效的法律规制,所以进一步约束了新型农村合作医疗制度的健康发展。通过对这一制度中存在法律问题的分析,提出了完善我国新型农村合作医疗制度的立法建议。

| Abstract: | New rural cooperative medical service system since the implementation of the country has made great progress.however,due to the cooperative medical service of the legal system is not perfect,the system is not a sound mechanism,the lack of effective rule of law,so constraint the new system of the cooperative medical service to the healthy development.the text of the system of legal issues of analysis and improvement of the new system of the cooperative medical service of the legislative proposal. |
