| 摘 要： | 2009年12月,第十一届全国人大常委会第十二次会议通过了《中华人民共和国侵权责任法》,并于2010年7月正式实施。这部法律的通过对于我国侵权责任制度的完善起着非常重要的作用,其中对于学生伤害事故的处理也做出了规定,如何在实践中适用这一法律,成为目前学生伤害事故领域的焦点问题。

| Abstract: | The Tort Liability Law of the People＇s Republic of China,adopted at the 12th Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People＇s Congress on December 26,2009,is hereby promulgated and has come into effect as of July 1,2010.The enactment of this law is of crucial importance in improving the tort liability system of our country.The law also formulates the disposal process of student injury accidents.Therefore,how to apply the law to practice becomes the focal point of student injury accidents field at present. |
