贵州省农村公共卫生队伍建设研究

了解贵州省农村公共卫生人力资源现状,分析现有人力资源建设存在的主要问题及影响因素,探索农村公共卫生队伍建设的新途径,加大公共卫生投入,加强法制建设,深化人事制度改革,大力发展在职培训和继续教育事业,采取＂引进来＂与＂送出去＂相结合的形式,为贵州省培养与我省发展相适应引得进、留得住、用得上、受农民欢迎的农村公共卫生人才,进而推动整个卫生事业的健康发展。

Guizhou Province Construction of Rural Public Health

The construction of rural public health workforce is particularly important to understand the human resources of rural public health in our province status,analysis of existing human resources are the main issues and factors to explore the construction of rural public health workforce new ways to increase investment in public health,strengthen the legal system,deepen the reform of personnel system,vigorously develop job training and continuing education,to take ＂bringing in＂ and ＂send out＂ a combination of form,for the province to adapt training and development in our province attracted into,stay apply,by the farmers of the rural public health personnel,as well as the construction of better health institutions at all levels of talent that provide some suggestion,thus promoting the healthy development of the entire health.
