| 摘 要： | 西部开发要求教育大发展。美国教育在西部开发中采取了拨地兴学、兴办公立学校、建立农工商学院、发展职业教育、重视科研导航等措施并取得了成功。借鉴历史经验，完善现行教育投资体制、优先发展基础教育、加强教育立法、实现农科教良性循环对西部教育将具有理论和实践的价值。

| Abstract: | Development of the Western China demands for rapid development of education.Policies of America in opening up the West such as land policy favouring education,establishing public schools and agricultural, industrial and commercial institutes,developing vocational education,emphasizing scientific researches were quite successful.Using these for reference,China should complete present educational investment system,give priority to development of the basic education,strengthen educational institution etc so as to develop education of the western region. |
