| 摘 要： | 河南是我国第一农业人口大省，也是我国第一劳务输出大省。对河南省农民工流动的动因及未来一段时间的流动趋势作了分析，并对今后如何引导农民工的合理流动提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | As an agricultural province,Henan has the largest population in China and ranks first among China's leading labor-service-exporting provinces.The paper analyzes the causes of the flow of migrant workers in Henan Province and the flowing trends in the time to come and raises policy-related suggestions on guiding migrant workers in their rational flow. |
