| 摘 要： | 本文从政府、社会、宗教三维少数民族地区权力结构的分析出发 ,研究在甘南卓尼县三村现代化过程中政府权威、寺院权威、社会权威的结构与变迁发展 ,分析了三者变化而引起的社会权力结构的优化整合 ,提出了少数民族地区现代化过程中权力结构控制的思考和对策。

| Abstract: | This article begins with the analysis of social power structure in three-dimensional minority area. By studying the strncture and drvelopment of government authority,social authority relgious authority and the optimization caused by their modernization process in three villages of Gannan Autonomous County,the authors come up with the thoughts and measures to control the social power structure during the modernization process. |
