| Abstract: | Studies on the processing of formulaie sequences （FSs） abroad are reviewed and the following conclusion is reached： although studies on the processing of FSs began to appear relatively late, more and more researchers have begun to show some interest in this phenomenon, and they have produced some important research findings. Future research should be based on multiple methods to investigate the processing of different types of FSs by different groups of subjects, especially foreign language learners. |
