| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是指导发展的世界观和方法论。科学发展观的提出,是中国共产党领导中国各民族立足中国国情、顺应世界潮流、切实推进可持续发展所采取的重大举措。科学发展观对云南民族地区发展的指导思想、发展战略、发展目标、发展模式和发展的途径和方法等方面都具有指导意义。我们要认真落实科学发展观,推动云南民族地区的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The concept of scientific development is a world outlook and methodology for guiding development.Proposed by CPC,it is a strategic guiding principle suitable for China's sustainable development and following the world trend.It has great significance for guiding Yunnan's development in terms of vision,strategy,goal,model,approach and means.The earnest implementation of this concept will surely quicken the sustainable development of Yunnan minority region. |
