| Abstract: | The key functions of mortgage-backed security are to reduce the risks of finance,fill up the capital gaps of real estate,allocate social capital properly,and promote securities business.But there are still barriers existing,preventing China from putting the mortgage-backed securities into action.This paper is just to clear the way in theory and provide some suggestions backing up the process of the securitization. |
