| 摘 要： | 阐明了设计习惯及对产品全生命周期成本影响的客观存在。分析了设计习惯与产品全生命周期成本的关系,包括设计习惯与产品功能成本、材料成本、精度成本、结构设计和标准应用的关系并建立了设计习惯成本附加的计算式。揭示了改善设计习惯对降低企业成本和社会成本的巨大作用,并提出了加速设计习惯代际改善的概念和途径。

| Abstract: | The paper expounds the objective reality of design habit's influence on all life period cost of product, and also analyses the relation between design habit and all life period cost of product, including the relation between design habit and functions' cost of product, materials' cost, precision cost, structure design, standard application, and establishes the computating formula about additional cost of design habit. It reveals the great effect of improving design habit on decreasing enterprise cost and social cost, and works out the concept and ways of accelerating the generation by generation improvement of design habit. |
