| 摘 要： | 如何帮助大学生养成健康的人格,成为新时期高校人才培养面临的重要课题.本文在继承和借鉴的基础上,将美学理论研究的"美育转向"与大学生人格养成中的"美育缺失"相结合,通过探索乐中施教、主体体验、朋辈互动等以大学生人格养成为旨归的美育策略,力图为解决大学生理想人格塑造这一实践难题提供理论与实践支持,确保以大学生人格养成为旨归的美育取得实效.
