| 摘 要： | 东欧国家共产党在一场突如其来的风暴中丧失了政权 ,其根本原因在于这些国家的共产党丧失了执政合法性。从政治学角度分析可见 ,由于东欧国家共产党获得执政合法性的特殊性 ,决定了其合法性的维护和巩固亦具有特殊性。
