摘    要:就我国高等教育的人才培养及其人才培养模式改革的有关理论和实践进行研究,提出要科学全面地认识人才培养模式的概念,探讨创新型人才的内涵和特征,讨论大学要坚持并完善培养人的基本使命,分析我国现有的人才培养模式存在的问题,提出了创新人才培养模式从教育观念、师生关系、教学实践改革、产学研合作等方面的改革建议。

Abstract:China has established the education objective of innovation talents training in the late 20th century. The objective that focuses on the personal innovation and subjectivity shows the unification of education serving for society and people development. This paper analyzes the theory and practice aspects about talents training and pattern reform in higher education at present. The main points are as follows : 1 understand the conception of talents training pattern scientifically and comprehensive; 2 sum up the intention and characterization of innovative talents ; 3 insist on and perfect the basic mission of training talents; 4 analyse the exit question of talents training pattern in present China; 5 put forward the reform suggestions of the training pattern of innovative talents from education notions, the relationship between teachers and students, reform in teaching practice and enterprises - univer- sities - researches cooperation.
