市场经济体制下党风廉政建设的几点思考

经济体制转轨以后,社会上的腐败问题变成了严重的的政治问题。改革开放以来廉政建设的主要成就是实现了由群众运动模式向法律制度模式的转换,现在存在的问题是领导干部自律的效果不理想,缺乏有效的监督一把手的制度。今后工作的重点应该是进一步完善廉政规范性文件,保证廉政建设的党规和国法的实施,加强专门机关的队伍建设。

Some Thoughts of the Party's Honest Construction under the Economic System

After the change of the economic system, social corruption has become a serious political problem. The major achievement of honest construction, since reform and opening to the outside world, is the transition from the mode of the mass movement to the mode of legal system. The existing problem lies in the restriction of the leading cadres and lack of efficient supervision. The following work points should perfect the documents of honesty, guarantee the implementation of regulations of honest construction and strengthen the building of special organ.
