| 摘 要： | 电话是交流信息、进行联络的重要媒介.随着固定电话和手机的普及,单方对话成为越来越普遍的一种现象.在单方对话中,交际双方只能靠语言来表达和相互理解、交流信息,交际中非言语符号的缺失,造成了双方会话传递的信息内容不完整,同时还会产生误解、交际障碍等后果,达不到最终的交流目的.
