发展战略、经济结构与银行业结构:来自中国的经验

在利用中国分省面板数据对要素禀赋、发展战略以及经济结构对银行业结构的影响进行了实证分析。分析结果表明,各省要素禀赋结构、发展战略以及经济结构的差异能够有效地解释各省银行业结构的差异:赶超越严重的地区,银行业结构越集中;经济结构越偏向于重工业、大型企业和国有企业,银行业结构越集中。所有这些都为我们提出的分析框架提供了较好的经验支持。

Development Strategy,Economic Structure and Banking Industry Structure: Facts in China

Using panel data from China's various provinces, we have made a case study of the impact of factor nature, development strategy and economic structure (FNDSES) on banking institutions. Our study indicates that the provincial differences in EFDSES can effectively interpret the disparities in banking institutions of various provinces: the more speedily the less developed provinces are catching up with and exceeding other provinces, the more concentrated the banking institutions are; the more of heavy industries and big and/or state-owed enterprises, the more concentrated the economic institutions are. All these have provided empirical support for the analytical framework put forward by us.
