学校文化与高校创新人才培养初探

摘    要:学校化是一种新型管理理论,它包括学校假设、学校价值观、学校规范等几个组成部分,它的实质是尊重人,以人为本,以化引导为手段,与高校创新人才培养具有内在一致性,表现在学校化是创新的、创新是化的创新、学校化与创新都是对人的本质力量的极大解放。从学校化内容的角度分析,学校化与高校创新人才的培养有密切关系,从而在更深层次上揭示了高校创新人才培养的内在规定性。

Abstract:School culture is a new type of management theory, which is composed of school imaginary, attitude, value, and standardization etc. Its essence lies in respecting people and regarding people as the center. The measure of culture induction has the inner coherence with the development of the innovative talent of the college students. As this coherence shows,the school culture is innovative, the innovation is the culture innovation, and both the school culture and the innovation are the extreme release of human's essential power. From an analysis of its contents,the school culture has a close relationship with the training of innovative talent of college students. Therefore, it demonstrates the inner prescribed property of the training of innovative talent on a more profound level.
