| Abstract: | Base on an analysis of six new problems for the ethnic-minority cadres policy in social transformation, the author put forward six measures to perfect and innovate ethnic - minority cadres policy, which will play an important role in safeguarding rights and interests of ethnic minorities, promoting all ethnic groups to work together for common prosperity and development. |
