| 摘 要： | 剩余劳动力现象是从资本主义时期开始产生的,它是生产力发展和社会进步的结果。中国及吉林省农村剩余劳动力的出现,同样是生产力发展的结果。要解决这一问题,必须采取扩大再生产、以企业带动农户和创立新项目等有效措施。

| Abstract: | Surplus labor phenomenon is the sign of the development of productive forces and the progress of society which began from capitalism.Throughout China rural area surplus labor's arising in the same way is the sign,too.To solve this problem must take measures of enlarging reproduce,bringing peasant household along with enterprises and founding new projects. |
