摘    要:新古典经济理论及新制度经济理论将伦理道德之维从微观主体应有的特性中抽去,使企业组织成了不涉道德的“纯粹理性人”。然而,理性人的理性经济行为却不能保证市场效率的提高,相反,却加大了社会成本。伦理道德是企业组织必备的品质,理性应建立在道德的基础之上,使道德对企业行为具有验前的约束力,市场才能更有效率。

Abstract:As ethics is deducted from the due characteristic of the micro subjects in new-classical economics and new- institutional economics, enterprises become "pure rational people" who don't involve in morals. However, rational economic behaviors of rational people can't guarantee the improvement of market efficiency, but increase the social cost. Ethics is a requisite quality for enterprise organizations. Logos should be based on ethics so that the latter could restrict enterprises' behavior beforehand. Then market could be more efficient.
