摘    要:教师,作为制度化学校教育的主要承担者,曾被赞扬,曾被赋予各种各样的美好称谓。但今天,教师群体正在遭遇这些称谓的重压,面临着诸多问题,诸多迷茫。价值观的多元,教育价值观的多重涵义,教学行为选择的疑问、失落、担忧等等,众多因素似乎必然伴随着教师教学勇气的消减,但我们看到的是,教师依然鼓起勇气,继续前行。

Abstract:Teachers, as the main undertakers of the systematic school education, were ever praised and had different good titles. But now, teachers feel pressed and are faced with all kinds of confusion. Many reasons such as the pluralism of the value system, multiple meanings of education, doubt and anxiety of teaching behavior, will lead to the decline of the teaching courage of teachers. At the same time teachers still take courage and move on.
