| 摘 要： | 农村社会管理是社会主义新农村建设重要内容。本文分析了"六大员"在农村社会管理中的重要作用,探讨了"六大员"与农村社区化建设进行对接,提高"六大员"在农村公共服务和社会管理能力和水平的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Rural social administration is an important aspect of building a new socialist countryside.In this paper,the important role of "Six Commissioners" in rural social administration is analyzed,and the relation between "Six Commissioners" and building rural community is explored.Accordingly the countermeasures to improve "Six Commissioners" ability in rural public service and social administration are proposed. |
