| 摘 要： | 1991年"8.19"事件后,苏联解体震惊世界。昔日的大国一分为15个享有独立主权的国家。俄罗斯继承了苏联的大部分遗产,中亚地区也掀开了神秘面纱,出现了五个拥有独立主权的国家。独立之初,俄罗斯对昔日的盟国中亚五国采取疏远的政策,这种政策的指导思想就是大西洋主义。
