| 摘 要： | 高校行政督查工作虽是近几年逐步开展起来的,却是高校提高工作效率、改进工作作风的重要手段。要做好行政督查工作,首先必须提高认识,把握督查工作的内涵,还必须注意工作方法,提高运作水平,坚持真督实查。督查工作人员应该不断加强学习,练内功、强素质,积极发挥督查工作的综合功能。

| Abstract: | Administrative Supervision in colleges and universities plays a very important role in the improvement of working efficiency and style,though it has only been initiated in recent years.In order to perform it well,We should have a better understanding of administrative supervision and grasp its connotation.We should also pay attention to our working methods,promote our operation level,and adhere to practical efficacy.Personnel involved in this task should enhance their study and quality so as to bring into full play its comphensive functions. |
