儒家的“合一”观所蕴涵的管理哲学思想

管理哲学是儒家文化的主要组成部分。从"合一"观的角度,儒家管理哲学主要包括以下三个方面:一是"天人合一","唯人则天"的管理本体论;二是"知行合一","知治一致"的管理认识论;三是"义利合一","义以生利"的管理价值论。这三个方面构成了儒家管理哲学的基本框架。

Management Philosophy Contained in the Confucianism's Unity Viewpoint

The management philosophy of the Confucianism is a significant component of the Confucianism culture, which is rich in contents. This essay mainly explores the following three aspects from the viewpoint of its unity. First, "the unity of heaven and human", that is the management ontology which advocates following the example of the law of nature; second, "the unity of knowledge and practice", the management epistemology which emphasizes the harmony between knowing and management; and the third, " the unity of morality and benefit", the management value theory which gives priority to morality over benefits. These three aspects constitute the basic framework for the management philosophy of the Confucianism. We can still draw on the experience of the cream of the management philosophy of the Confucianism in modern management practice and social development.
