| 摘 要： | 在倡导以人为本、培养创新人才教学理念的今天，俄语教师在传授语言知识及技能的同时，必须关注学生的非智力因素在俄语教学中的作用。动机是直接推动俄语学习的动力，情绪情感是学生学习积极性之根本，兴趣是引发动机的根源。

| Abstract: | Emotion is the foundation of stimulating the students' interest for foreign language.Action emo- tion can provide the students with satisfactory psychological conditions.Foreign language teachers should pay attentions to training and stimulate the student' s study enthusiasm.Excellent teaching atmosphere,kind rela- tionship between teachers and students,democratic teaching method and students' active participation are necessary for successful foreign language teaching. |
