| 摘 要： | 张祜与韩愈的关系主要体现在他们的诗学观念方面，其中既有相近的观点，也有许多不同的地方。对《诗》《骚》的接受角度不同和对历代诗歌的评价不同是他们诗学观念的主要分歧，由此造成了他们各自诗歌的不同风貌。张祜的诗歌与韩愈的诗歌有很大的不同，已表现出中唐向晚唐过渡的特点。
