| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the influence of editors' quality on the whole editorial professions in the reform of science and technology journals.This paper thought that the editors' status in the reform is decided by the influence of edition whole occupation.The main function of editors in the reform is the propelling force of the journals reform.The improvement of the editors' quality enhancement and the strengthening of edition occupation influence are the powerful gurantee of the reforms of scientific and technical journals. |
