| Abstract: | To pay attention to the teachers' labour and improve educational efficency are the needs for educational development.So at first we should set the rational teachers' labour norm,then expand the school size and bring the teachers' potential into full play.At last,we should deepen the reform of school personnel system so as to rationalize the teachers' labour. |
