| Abstract: | The article deals with heavy losses of Baoding region during natural disaters and "the Battle of Jingnan"in the later Yuan Dynasty and the historic significance and influence of Shanxi emigrants on agricultural recovery and handicraft development in Baoding,based on the survey of villages built by those emigrants in various counties of Baoding in the early Ming Dynasty. |
