浅谈舆论监督阻力的深层次根源

当前 ,影响新闻舆论监督顺利开展和深入的原因存在于多个方面。其中 ,有来自客体方面的阻力 :“地方保护主义”、被揭露被批评者的干扰 ;有来自主体方面的阻力 :对“正面宣传为主”与舆论监督的关系的认识上存在着误区、新闻监督的具体客体缺乏典型性、批评报道的失实引发新闻纠纷 ;也有来自其他方面的阻力 :有关舆论监督的法律、法规不健全等。所以 ,要加强民主与法制建设 ,完善机制 ,深化改革 ,为舆论监督的深入开展营造良好的内外部环境。

Deep Source of Public Opinion Supervision's Obstacle

At present, there are many reasons why the supervision of public opinion can not be smoothly and deeply carried out. There is obstruction from the objective, such as the local protection, the disturbance from those who are criticized and exposed. Also there is obstruction from the subjective, such as the relation between the supervision of public opinion and the policy of making the positive propaganda as the chief way, the issue of press caused by the untrue critical report and the lack of typicalness in concrete object of news supervision. In addition, the imperfect laws and regulations of the public opinion are the other reasons.So only by strengthening the establishment of democrary and law, improving the supervision mechanism and deepening the reform can we build up the favorable circumstances for carrying out the supervision of public opinion.
