美国的个性化教育:经验及启示

摘    要:个性是一个历史久远的研究课题 ,但长期以来 ,个性只是一个心理学概念。 2 0世纪初 ,个性才真正被教育心理学家引入教育领域。美国较早地开展了个性化教育的研究。研究美国的个性化教育 ,我们发现 ,美国实际上是从个性的理性、需要和能力三个方面来培养受教育者的个性 ,以达到“培养具有健全、丰富个性的人”的目标。当前 ,素质教育在我国正如火如荼地开展 ,研究美国的个性化教育 ,找出它的得失 ,可以为素质教育提供有益的经验和借鉴 ,有助于我们发现素质教育的规律 ,探索中国特色的素质教育途径。

Abstract:Personality is a researched topic with a long history.However,for along time it is described just as an psychological concept.It was first treated as an educational concept in early 20th century.From the practice of American education of personality,we can see that,personality education will develop the students' personality from reason,demand and capacity. At present ,quality education is developing rapidly in China.Studtying American personality education and finding out its merits and demerits,are very important for us to learn from their experiences so as to improve our quality education.
