| Abstract: | The priority of higher education right now is to strengthen the building up of teachers' team, to raise the overall quality of teachers and to improve the teaching quality and school running economic return. On the basis of analyzing the present condition of teachers in higher education of Hebei province and the real situation of higher education, the targets and concrete measures of the build up of teachers' team are proposed. |
