| Abstract: | The openness of procuratorial work is an important measure to promote the legal administration of the country and strengthen the democratic supervisory system.To ensure the system of the openness of procuratorial work to develop healthily and lastingly,this paper,from the contents,scope,mode and security measures and other aspects of procuratorial work,argues that the openning of procuratorial work should be carried out strictly according to law. |
