| 摘 要： | 以社会制度划分 ,当今世界传媒存在着两种他律模式 :资本主义社会的资本他律模式和社会主义社会的权力他律模式。这两种他律模式各有各的存在依据 ,它们不仅不是传媒的破坏力量 ,而且还是促进该社会发展的推动力量。但是 ,传媒他律对传媒的控制要在一定范围之内 ,如果严重违背或长期违背传媒规律则会造成严重恶果。

| Abstract: | According to social system, there are two alter discipline models of the medium at present:the capital alter discinpline model in capitalist society and the power alter discipline model in socialist society.The above two models exist on their own terms.Not only will they not do any damage to the law of the medium,but also will they push the society forward.However,the control of medium alter discipline towards the medium should be limitted within a certain range.If the law of the medium is broken or has been broken for a long fime, it will cause serious consequence. |
