| 摘 要： | 加强评估是保证在职人员以研究生毕业同等学力申请学位质量的重要措施 ,有利于克服现实工作的弊端 ,对深化我国教育管理体制 ,促进管理的规范化、科学化有重要意义。在评估过程中 ,评估的重点是学位论文 ,同时 ,评估指标权重的确定、指标的量化及评估保障体系的建立也是评估中应注意的问题

| Abstract: | Evaluation is the important measure for guaranteeing the quality of the in service personnel applying for master degree and has important significance for the reform on education management system and can promote the building up of the standard and scientific management system. During evaluation, degree thesis is the key point and the proportion and quantitization of evaluation index and setting up guarantee system are also the points needing our attention. |
