| 摘 要： | 提高高等学校教育教学质量是我国高等教育面临的一项紧迫任务。借助现代教育科学理论和先进的技术方法建立一套完善的教育教学质量监控系统 ,是实现对教育教学工作进行全程性、全员性、全方位质量管理 ,促进教育教学质量提高的有效措施。我们不仅要从思想上认清建立教育教学质量监控系统的现实意义 ,而且要进一步明确建立教育教学质量监控系统的前提条件、监控内容、建设的原则等基本理论与实践问题

| Abstract: | To enhance the teaching quality of the institutions of our higher education is an urgent task our higher education is facing.The establishment of an excellent teaching quality supervising controlling system with the help of the modern educational scientific theory and advanced technique is the effective measure to realize the improvement of the quality management on the whole process of teaching,on the whole educational personel involved and in all aspects,and to increase the educational and teaching quality.We should not only clearly realize the practical significance of this system,but also make clear and definite the basic theoretical and practical problems of this system,such as the prerequisite condition,supervising controlling content,principles and so on. |
