| 摘 要： | 将“四诊合参”的中医学思想运用到法庭调查、法庭辩论和法庭调解三个既紧密联系又相互独立的诉讼活动中,使之有机结合,能够真正实现简易程序的价值功能——诉讼效益与诉讼公正,并使“四诊合参”在法律的语境中得到新的诠释。
