| 摘 要： | 宋朝的《市舶条法》是世界上最早的成文海商法,它系统地规定了海外贸易的主管机关、贸易主体、出入境管理、经营许可证以及外商保护制度等内容,它构建了古代海商法的基本框架。由于该法律条文早已佚失,故本文通过对史料记载中所发现的相关概念进行分析,试图系统地阐述宋朝市舶制度的基本内容。

| Abstract: | Song Dynasty Law Of Foreign Shipping,the earliest written law of maritime commerce in the world,specified systematically the contents of overseas trade such as organization,bodies,entry and exit administration,license for operation and protecting foreign traders,etc,and constituted the basic framework of ancient law of maritime commerce.For rules of it has been lost,this article tries to expound systematically the basic contents of it by analyzing some related historic data. |
