| 摘 要： | 心理健康问题是当代人类关注的重要问题之一。当前,我国心理健康研究呈现出单一学科研究、中观性研究和西方标准及方法研究的特点。笔者认为,时代性、生命性、社会性、文化性构成了心理健康内涵的基本维度,因此对真正影响心理健康的因素和心理健康前提性问题研究,是有效地揭示并解决人的心理健康问题的出发点和依据。

| Abstract: | Problems of mental health is one of the important problems being focused by people.But the research of mental health doesn't represent its theoretical and practical value because of the lack of prerequisite.So making clear the prerequisite problems for factors affecting mental health and mental health itself is the starting point and basis to reveal and resolve living conditions of people themselves effectively. |
