从经济学角度解读治理非法行医

非法行医屡禁不止,已是当前医疗市场的一个顽症。目前正规医疗机构之间的竞争力度不够,医患之间存在严重的信息不对称,现有医疗机构的布置不符合市场需求的要求,经济发展不平衡,低收入人口较多是非法行医屡禁不止的原因。从增加市场竞争,减少信息不对称,合理分配医疗资源以及扩大医保普及面几方面入手是治理非法行医的有效途径。

Understand the Way to Tackle the Problem of Practicing Medicine Illegally from the Perspective of Economics

Practicing medicine illegally has been subjected to prohibition for many times, but it still exists, which is a chronic problem in current medical treatment market. Presently some main reasons result in this problem, such as insufficient competition among legal medical treatment organizations, seriously dissymmetrical information between doctors and patients, the distribution of existing medical treatment organizations not meeting the demand of the market, unbalanced development of economic development and too much low- income population as well. It is suggested that the problem could be solved through the following measures such as increasing the market competition among legal medical treatment organizations, reducing the information dissymmetry between doctors and patients, allocating medical treatment resources rationally and extending the medical treatment insurance scope.
