关联理论对间接性指责言语的阐释力再分析

摘    要:间接性指责话语是一种间接言语行为。Searle的ISA理论在阐释间接性话语时忽略了S和H的个人认知语境,不能解释S为什么绕圈子指责H以及H如何推理等问题。文章运用关联理论的重要观点即明示一推理过程、认知语境、语境效果和最佳关联等来分析间接性指责言语行为,旨在证明关联理论的阐释力强于间接言语行为理论。

Abstract:Indirect speech of scolding is a kind of indirect speech act. ISA (Indirect Speech Act) proposed by Searle doesn't explain the cognitive environment of S and H respectively, so it cannot explain why S beats around bush to scold H and how H infers it, and so forth. This paper aims to demonstrate the overwhelming explanatory power of RT compared with ISA, by analyzing indirect speech act of scolding within the framework of RT (Relevance Theory)
