| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出了全面建设小康社会的教育发展目标,这是新世纪教育改革发展的行动纲领和新的动员令。高校组织工作必须应对挑战、深化改革;与时俱进、开拓创新;突出重点、确保中心,为实现新时期教育的宏伟目标提供强有力的组织保证。

| Abstract: | At the 16 th NCCPC,the educatiolal goal of development was defined as to build a well off society in an all round way.This is the programme of action and the new mobilization order to reform the education in the new century.The organization work in higher school must to meet the challenge,deepen the reform,advance with the times,open up and innovate ,highlight the focal point,and ensure to the center of development of school in order to provide the authorities guarantee to realize the great goal of education at the new stage. |
