| 摘 要： | 新时期对"师德"修养提出了更高的要求.教师要更新教育观念,始终牢记自己的神圣职责,自觉加强职业道德修养,采取适合当代学生的德育教育方法,使师生之间建立一种相互激励、教学相长的良好关系,以高尚的道德品质和人格,引导学生形成适应时代发展要求的良好思想道德品质.

| Abstract: | The training of the moral character of teachers will be made a higher requirement in new period. Teachers should renew their educational concepts, remember their sacred duty all the time, strengthen conscientiously self-training of occupation morality, adopt suitable moral educational methods to modern students, set up an encouragable and helpful relationship between each other, and help students form morality that meets the needs of the times through their own lofty morality and personalty. |
