| 摘 要： | 沉默权是一个古老的话题,在今天高度民主?文明的社会里它显得更加的重要。它在许多国家都得到了确立,那么正在走向法治化的我国沉默权又作了哪些规定呢?“沉默权”的起源是怎样的?我国“沉默权”的现状如何?我国是否也确立了“沉默权”制度?究竟我国是否要设立“沉默权”制度等问题都是值得我们去研究和探索的。
