| 摘 要： | 我国是一个统一的多民族国家,民族事务管理具有十分重要的地位和作用。新的时期,民族问题呈现新的特点,民族事务管理面临着新的挑战。如何进一步搞好民族事务管理是我们每一位民族工作者肩负的神圣职责。社会工作的基本价值理念对民族事务管理的创新具有特殊的指导意义。
