摘    要:介绍了Web服务的含义、特点、设计思想、体系结构和发展前景,并对Web服务的核心技术和协议,包括SOAP、WSDL、UDDI进行了探讨和研究.通过创建基于Web服务的订单管理组件,说明如何利用Web服务来提升对客户关系的管理,为类似基于Web的电子商务软件需求提出了可行的组件集成方案。

Abstract:Currently there are lots of software development techniques for e-business systems. The most popular one is based on components which include COBRA, DCOM, EJB etc. Because the underlying development standards, object models and program languages differ largely from each other, it is very meaningful for improving e-business services to integrate the components and transfer them into Web-based application which is much easier to use. As a type of new technique for component integration, Web service has gained regard more and more. Firstly, the definition, characteristics, designing ideology, architecture and future of Web service are introduced, and then its core techniques and standards, including XML, XMLS, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI etc are discussed. In order to show how to use Web services to improve custom relationship management, orders management services which are based on it are created. By doing this, a new solution to integrating components for developing software in e-business is proposed.
