| 摘 要： | 利用长江三角洲地区有关城市的数据，应用空间经济计量模型，检验了外商直接投资的分布与城市特征的相关性．引入了空间变量，根据新近的数据，建立了长江三角洲地区33个城市外商直接投资分布的经济计量模型，并应用该模型对该地区33个城市影响外商直接投资的因素进行了计量分析，得出国内生产总值、道路交通条件及教育水平是吸引外商直接投资的有利因素．其中，国内生产总值是主要因素，劳动力成本、与上海的空间距离是吸引外商直接投资的不利因素。

| Abstract: | Urban-level data are used to examine whether there is a significant relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) location and urban characteristics. Spatial determinant, using more recent FDI data is introduced to test the problems arising from the spatial pattern of the data,and to establish a more appropriate model of econometrics for 33 cities in Yangtze Delta. The econometric analysis of the determinants of FDI inflows across the cities in Yangtze Delta is carried out. The results are; GDP, transportation infrastructure and education level are the factors of avail for attracting FDI, among them GDP is the main factor and labour cost and spatial distance are the disadvantage ous factors. |
