电控液化石油气单缸发动机试验研究

摘    要:对188型单缸发动机燃用液化石油气(LPG)的性能进行了试验研究.改进设计了LPG供气系统和原机点火系统,标定了LPG喷射器的流量特性,分析了不同压缩比、点火角对发动机性能和排放的影响规律.借助设计的控制系统实现了发动机各个工况下喷气量和点火定时的控制,并通过试验对发动机燃用汽油和LPG两种情况下的性能进行了对比分析.结果表明,改进后的电控LPG单缸发动机经济性得到了提高,排放性也得到一定的改善.

Abstract:The experimental investigation on a LPG single fuel engine,which is refitted from a 188 gasoline engine was carried out.The LPG supply system was designed and the ignition system was improved according to the requirements of LPG and the flow characteristic of the LPG injector was calibrated.The effects of different compression ratios and spark advance angles on the performance and(emission) of the LPG engine were studied.Through the designed control system,the quantity of injected LPG and ignition timing in different operations can be controlled automatically.In the light of the engine tests,the contrast of the performance of the LPG and the gasoline engine was carried out.
