基于现场总线的水厂监控系统的设计和实现

摘    要:提出了基于工业计算机网络的水厂监控系统设计和实现方法.该系统采用管理层、控制层和现场设备层3层网络结构来完成对水厂各设备的监控,通过PLC实现设备数据的采集,Profibus-DP和以太网实现数据的传送.实践表明该系统具有性能稳定、可靠等特点.

Abstract:The implementation and design process of waterworks supervisory system based on industrial network is put forward. The Systems control architecture can be divided into three layers, i.e. managerment, control and equipment, layers, in which PLC technology is used to collect equipments data and transfer information by Profibus-DP and Ethernet. It has proven by practice that the system is a steady and reliable system.
